Unsinkable

I just received and read the book Unsinkable by Sunderland and Vincent. This was a very straight forward and easy to read. It was very inspiring because it centered on a girl my very own age! Abby Sunderland had a dream and she met many obstacles on here way to meeting that dream, but she persevered and grew closer to God the whole time. It gives me hope that I can maybe meet the smaller goals I have set for my own life.

Eat Your Peas, Mom 2

I recently read the cute, short story, Eat Your Peas, Mom. It is about a three minute read filled with inspiring and encouraging tokens diected at mothers. Everyone knows a mother can get discouraged when one of her children makes a mistake. This book is written from the child to the mom.  I will give it to my mom in the hopes that she will feel special. It will probably make her cry. I can't wait!

Eat Your Peas, Mom

I just ordered a new book. It's called Eat Your Peas, Mom. Anyone heard of it? I basically want it to see if it is something my mom would appreciate me giving her. Her birthday is coming up, I already have a gift for her, but I could always add more. I will post a review of it when I am done reading it. It should be in pretty soon, then it will take NO time to read. I'll be back soon!

Out Live Your Life

Recently I read a book called Out Live Your Life by Max Lucado. It was a very good book and was quite is inspiring. It gives hope to the ordinary by explaining how God uses the common folk more than the well- to- do. This book explains how we should rejoice when we don't get greeted by doormen when we come home because God changes the world with people like that. It was a very easy read- I was done in a matter of hours- and I will most likely read it again because it really presents good food for thought.
